A new rooftop level for an established apartment building above one of Sydney's best known beaches.

MF Constructions delivered a lightweight addition wrapped in crisp white metal cladding. Its irregular panel joints set it apart from the solid rendered masonry below, so the new work reads clearly as new while still respecting the building it sits on. READ MORE

A three-storey concrete residence on a hillside near the water, recognised for its sculpted, twisting top floor.

Open-plan living and dining occupy the upper level to capture the views and sea breezes through glazing on both sides. Bedrooms sit quietly at the rear of the ground floor, while a sculptural spiral stair descends to a second living area opening onto the garden and pool. READ MORE
